This is an extremely unhelpful unprofessional company that sells “lemons””. I bought a spa from them 4 years ago and have had nothing but trouble since. Multiple issues. Now that it is out of warranty. It breaks again. And they do not have a technician to fix it. So I bought a lemon from a company that cannot service it when it breaks. Beware. You have been warned
