When you walk into this shop ...Duncan is very friendly and even more friendly when they receive your order for a spa but once you've purchased the spa - the customer service is absolutely terrible. We have called this business, gone there in person and sent e-mails...It's been a few months now...and we're still waiting for "a fuse to be ordered" / "control board" from "somewhere" so that our spa can start up efficiently and our colourful lights can work.....absolutely terrible customer service or follow up. I needed advice about replacing an old spa motor, and popped into Just Spas in Osborne Park. I had my three young kids with me and the fellow that served me couldn’t have been more helpful. He looked at my photos of the existing setup, went and found a motor I could swap in, then gave me clear instructions about the changes I’d need to make to the pipe work to tackle the job myself.
