We entered into a contract in March and was told there was no problem building a shed on our property. We spent large amounts on earthworks which included road access etc for where we had planning permission. After 6 months, we were told they couldn't get concrete to that spot. This is after multiple visits to the site and no issues raised. This was dragged out until 9 months when JustSheds claimed it was our fault and encouraged us to cancel the contract. Just Sheds were able to design a shed that fit perfectly on the block, Graham has good knowledge of the product and understood the requirements, Amy was extremely helpful throughout the process.
The gutters are leaking in all four corners after 18 months. Just Sheds replied to my enquiry on this probable installation issue by email with the information that since it is more than 12 months since installation that it was the owners responsibility to rectify. There was a statement that "silicone can leak after a while". On all four corners!! After 18 months!!! Otherwise a reasonable product. It was 6-months from contract to installation in 2022.
