The only reason I am giving this place a 2 star rating is because the result of the custom design I wanted was good. But in regards to the way they were about to charge me, an additioanl $500 dollars for a design I presented to them with multiple pictures since day one, and they told me it was going to be $100. It does not make sence that after giving them a visual representation of the product I wanted they could not come up with an average amount. Amazingly fast service and an outstanding experience. I came in and needed pants tailored the same day. They had them done in less than 30 minutes and it only cost me about $25. I could not have hoped for a better overall customer experience. Thank you!

Not professional work. We took a letterman jacket to have patches sewn on. Instead of unzipping the liner, they sewed the patches into the liner. AND they did not sew the patches on the edges so they are already flipping up. All of this cost me $100!!!! Very disappointing because it ruins the quality of the jacket.
