1.Just Service buys on eBay Panasonic DVD recorders badly damaged and not working then they sell them at double the price as refurbished without fixing any issues. Do not to expect any of them to work! 2.They never do repairs correctly. They say that use infrared tags to see if units are opened after service. There are no tags; itâ??s a lie that they use to justify their additional robberies. stay away from them. if you have an option of other service location for your gear, use it. they are bunch of liars and very rude when talked to. brought my denon receiver with no radio issue. picked it up and when i brought it home it turned out that problem was not fixed. ..so i took the receiver back and asked why wasn't it fixed. i was told that receiver was checked before pickup by denon specialized technician. when asked to talk to this technician i was told he wasn't around. when picked up the second time the idiot at... read more

I was in a jam and they hooked me up!! I took my dead laptop in to the shop. The technicians were friendly and took the time to recover my data. Within 3 days, my dead laptop was fixed and returned to me. Keep up the good work!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

In my opinion, this isn't "just service," it's excellent service. Owner Tom always puts his customers first and has always delivered his repairs on time. We've been taking everything from broken VCRs to computers to Just Service for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience. Last week I took my crashed computer to Tom in desperation as I had a work project that was due. He was able to repair, rebuild, and update my system, saving all of my files and getting it back in time for me to meet my deadline. He is always incredi... read more

Just Service Good Service I Highly Recommend This Company – My receiver was broken and they fixed in time for party I was having. They are very helpful and friendly. They also walked me through on the phone how to program my receiver for digital sound. I highly recommend this company. I was very impressed with their expertise. Thank you so much.

Stay very far away from this place – Wish that other review had been posted before I took my Onkyo receiver in for service. My 3-month old Onkyo AV Receiver stopped sending video to the TV through the HDMI out. Talking to the techs at Crutchfield, we moved cables around and determined it was probably the upconverter, since component in would go to component out, but not through HDMI out, as it had been doing the past 3 months. Rip off artist – Took 6 weeks to get product back, wasn't fixed, refused to honor 90 day warranty, wanted more money to look at it again, very rude, only accepts cash, no easy recourse, owner (Tom) doesn''t know what he's doing.
