This was the biggest mistake of my life. Customer sevice is the worst, fast but very diffical to work with.
I haven't received any shipping information from an order I placed a week ago. So I called the company. She returned my phone call same day. She sounded irritated and was explaining shipping times. I said I wasn't concerned with the time but I hadn't received any tracking information. She, in a very irritated voice, said "I was just getting to that." I said "Can you please email me because I'm in a car and driving kids home from school." she hung up the phone. No good bye, nothing. And I still don't have tracking information... read more

WORST COMPANY!! I wish I could give this company ZERO STARS!! The owner is a liar and a scam artist. She’s been caught lying about her fragrance oils having phthalates. She’s been claiming “phthalate free” for many years when in fact it’s been proven her oils are LOADED WITH PHTHALATES!! The oils she sells are cheap and watered down. So interesting to read these reviews. They are not false reviews. I have spent $3400 in Just Scent oils in 9 months for our rapidly expanding business. In all of those bottles I never had an issue until today. The cherry slushie (that we bought 2 bottles before) did not smell anything like what we were used to. Not impressed with the 3 fragrance oils I received. But a word of advice? Nature's Garden company isn't any better. The owner is clueless how to properly make candles (The "famous" candle manual is a joke) and their scents tend to also be watered down and worthless. Their Joy Wax is a high priced gimmick wax that this company came up with just for profit. But ask any seasoned chandler and they will tell you it's garbage. I ordered 3 bottles of 16. oz scents to try., The first I opened was Super Strong Strawberry. It smelled NOTHING like strawberry and very chemical-like. I figured maybe the scent would turn once in the wax and the candle was setting. The fragrance in the wax then turned into filling my entire house with the smell of burning plastic. It was disgusting and my family was asking what the heck the smell was. I threw out the two pounds of wax and the rest of the bottle! I will NEVER order from Just Scent Ever AGAIN!!!! I spent over 200$ on their scents yea I got carried away with all the reviews I was sure they would be strong but every scent I have I practically have to stick my nose in the bottle to smell them. Dissapointed with this company. I ordered many scents and the cold throw was great so I went ahead and ordered larger bottles. Only ONE fragrance I ordered has hot throw. And yes, I know what I am doing. What bummed me out was that I left honest reviews. Some 5 star and some one. They deleted the reviews they didn't like which is COMPLETELY misleading to customers.
