I pass by this Just Salad location in Coral Springs on a daily basis and finally decided to give it a try. It’s tucked into a small strip plaza that shares parking with Chipotle, so parking can be very tight. I had to circle around a few times and almost gave up, but luckily someone was leaving and I snagged their spot. Eating here is a truly wonderful experience. The quality of the dishes is exceptional, and the service is excellent. I felt right at home! However, what really stands out is Valentina's special and warm attention, a true added value that will undoubtedly make me return again and again. Bravo for the ability to attract such great talent and for Valentina, who goes the extra mile to deliver her best! You undoubtedly have a bright future ahead of you. Thank you so much.
I ordered two salads from this place via Uber eats. The first salad was like 1/3rd the bowl. I picked up some day before yesterday and it was no way for much. I paid $2 for eggs and there was hardly any eggs. The other salad had extra chicken and I paid additional $3.5 for extra chicken and it hardly had any chicken. See attached pics

I highly recommend this particular location of just salad. (The one in Coral Springs on university and wiles.) I can not tell you enough..how incredibly friendly and genuine Maria and Rachel are. These two girls made my salad and started off my day in such a positive way. It’s very hard these days to come across people who you could tell really enjoy working at their job, and just such positive, nice people! Thank you and keep smiling (embarrassing name my post is under, using my son’s iPad. lol)
