Usually have a wonderful experience, but I placed a mobile order and they put the wrong dressing on both the salads I ordered- still love this place!
Don’t order via their app. The order is never ready. I spoke to the Manager and she said they are told by management to process walk-in’s. The app said my order would be ready in 20 min. I arrived in 27 min and they hadn’t even started my order. This was at 4:10 pm. They were not crazy busy. Best to order ToGo salad from Panera.
