My main grievance is that when I order online and pay extra for modifications on a wrap, 9/10 times, I don't get them. I do see how hard/busy the workers are though when I go in person, so I know mistakes happen. I'm considering stopping my orders though, since I'm losing money over time with the repeated modifications being missed. I also haven't been able to add a "build your own wrap" order to my bag when I try ordering online. One time the rice was extremely hard in a burrito. I have a hearing disability & I couldn’t hear very well. I was told that the Pick 2 Salad option came with 4 toppings & a protein. I repeated it back to the girl to make sure I heard correctly. The manager took over, talking fast & as I tried to ask her to repeat herself explaining I have a hearing disability, she looked straight at me then walked away, ignoring me. There is a fly in almost every salad I’ve gotten from this place and they do not care at all. The last time I reached out to customer support, they told me someone from the store would give me a call and they never did. Disgusting, and my fault for giving them a try again hoping it would be better
