Amazing service with staff and great energy . Just to name a few great smiles as I enter Ana fantastic smile , joy the cashier was phenomenal checking me out with also made my smoothie for the day . We’ll be returning again .

The Madison w/ 42nd location offerd the BEST warm bowl (and salad) in NYC. Christine, Anna and Miguel are always super nice and ready with my in-house bowl every afternoon. My go-to spot for dinner every single day of the week.
Terrible service. !!!!The staff is uninterested and acts like serving customers is a burden. The food is mediocre at best, but priced like it’s from a high-end restaurant. But the biggest issue is the manager. Their ego is sky-high — higher than any skyscraper in the city. They act like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. Zero respect, zero professionalism.
