We loved this place. It is usually fine and good service but today was terrible. There was a new person we saw for the first time and she clearly did not want to be there
Excellent salad
Been here probably 15 times spanning since the week they opened until now, usually ordering ahead. Food is never ready at the noted pick-up time. Order goes in 30 minutes before I get there, I stand at the pick-up counter, watch countless people come in, order at the counter, and leave with larger orders than mine. Eventually someone asks me my name (and the others standing around waiting for their online orders), and then they start making the order in whatever order they collect your name.
