I never had a problem here before Play but today I ordered a crispy chicken poblano with light poblano and medium buttermilk ranch. The associate thought, I said Buffalo and put buffalo dressing on the salad. I told her I did not request Buffalo. I don’t eat hot and spicy. She proceeded to pick up the ranch and add ranch to the salad. At no time does she acknowledge that she made a mistake or offer to redo and make it right.
