Let me just say, the food is great, pricing is great, atmosphere is great…but what makes this location EXCELLENT is the customer service. I visited just yesterday, 10/10. After a long day at work, and a longer commute home, I arrived at Just Salad a little earlier than my online order indicated (be there @ 8:52pm but I arrived around 8:40pm). Love their bowls and I wanted to give a shout out to this sweet young lady who did my order. I did not get her name but she is thin and light skin. Never leave reviews but wanted to because every time I go the manager(a lady with glasses) is always questioning her or other staff. The manager doesn’t even smile at her customers while this sweet young lady provides impeccable service. Keep being yourself girl !
i LOVE this place and the food is amazing. i came on a saturday and waited in line for over 20 minutes while the 2 workers were drowning in mobile orders as well. the store needs to be better staffed! they didn’t do anything wrong but definitely need more staffing it was extremely frustrating waiting and i felt bad for them.
Never order delivery from here if you want your food in under an hour. They simply don't care about online orders and will push them back for every new in store customer that walks in
