Gabby was amazing in assisting this morning with my order. Very pleasant and wxcellent customer service.
I honestly love the food and the place but I have one big complaint: Every time I order something from Uber Eats and request the sauce on the side THE NEVER ADD IT. I have ordered multiple times and it’s just so annoying ordering something without one of the best things which are the sauces. I don’t know what the problem is with the staff, but they need to pay more attention. This is so annoying. Food and everything is 10/10 but this is annoying!
Thursday, October 9, in between 7:15 and 7:30 PM, I placed an order for a wrap but needed to wait for plant based chicken (not an issue). While I waited Kenneth wanted to make sure that I was doing okay and asked if I would like him to check on the progress of my order. I came in to this location today around 7:20pm and met a nice young man named Kenneth he was a great help provided great service, but the odd thing was when I was speaking with him it appeared his supervisors or fellow coworkers did not like or were giving him a hard time about providing great customer service rather than collecting trays. So if you go be sure to ask for Kenneth a great young man who represents the values of Just salad.
