When customer asks for a fork or a napkin, server feel like customer is asking for their life. Saving on napkin or fork isn’t called going green but One of the cheapest franchise. Wake up otherwise, customer will go to next door.

Everyone that works here is so nice and the food is always great! I get the same salad every time so I can’t speak to the warm bowls or the variety, but lots of ingredients to choose from and always fresh! It can be a little expensive when you get extra/premium toppings, but all of these places are. I recommend getting the reusable bow for a discount on that, it’s been worth it for me because I come at least once a week for my work lunch! The online order service is consistently poor. The salads are great and in store experience is great too. Somehow the staff at the Nassau store is just too casual about the online orders. 3 times consecutively, I experienced delays in order preparation. Each time I reached the store and found that they had not yet started working on my order even when it was well past the time suggested on the application. Was the worst experience ever. I have a Tree Nuts allergy and I always check the ingredients before i order my food. I’ve ordered the chicken Cesar Salad multiple times without any problem and was one of my comfort food. But today when I ate my food, it contained a piece of nuts. I am not sure what kind it was but i got an allergic reaction right after I ate. This is very dangerous for me since I got rashes in my throat and it almost blocked my airway.
