Wish I could say better things because at first I really liked this store. Beware of quick assessments. After plantar and knee issues in their recommended shoe, I'm happily back in the support shoe the sales rep convinced me not to buy. Also, online and phone support is non-existent. Nice promises made over the phone to resolve an order issue, but no follow through. Unless you are there in the store and they have the shoe in stock, I wouldn't order through them.

Terrible Customer Service.... We've ordered a pair of ON Running on their website over 7 weeks ago, we still haven't received them. We've sent multiple emails, called them several times and we still have no idea when we will get the order. We are all for supporting small and local businesses but this store is definitely one to avoid. This is ridiculous for a pair of shoes that was available in 5 days with free shipping on the Brand website....
