Our Rim to Rim trip was the most difficult, amazing, impactful trip I've ever taken. We had superb guides who led us, taught us, doctored us, fed us, took care of us, and made this a trip to treasure. Dallen and Adam were fantastic. The knowledge they have in backpacking, history, geography, geology, and more gave deeper value to the trip. Their humor and encouragement made it so much fun. If you are considering a backpacking trip through the Canyon (or anywhere), you should definitely go with Just Roughin It.
What an amazing adventure! Our diverse group was so fun, lots n lots of laughs, i.e pb&j, smores, 44 mi death march, hot oatmeal, kicking butt every day, snake encounters n so much more with our awesome, energetic, fun n knowledgeable guide Ryan! Although it was super hot, we had a phenomenal time! Camp food was great! I'm not a camper nor a backpacker but I loved every minute, ok maybe not the last 1/2 mile up!�
We just returned from a 4 day Rim to Rim trip through the Grand Canyon, with Just Roughin' it. The food and the gear was a high quality. Liz, our amazing guide was very organized, a wealth of information on the geology and history of the canyon. We were amazed at the wonderful meals she could make out of her pack while on the trails. My husband and I just finished a 4 day rim to rim grand canyon hike and it was AWESOME. We had a great group and Stefan Dudzinski was the most wonderful, knowledgeable, funny, and passionate guide! He was what made the trip the fantastic experience it was!! Thanks Stefan, Pat and JRI
