I wouldn't recommend Just Roof Repairs/Sam, at all. A year ago we had a roof leak that damaged a corner of our spare bedroom wall. We rang Just Roof Repairs and Sam sent two young men to fix it. We didn't think anything of it at the time. Last week the damage appeared in the same place in our spare bedroom so I contacted Sam to check his work, as he gave us a '10 year guarantee'. Just had another roofer look at work done by Sam and his team, told he'd never seen such bad workmanship, all needs to come off and re done. Said a 4 year old could have done a better job

In early 2021, I contacted Just Roof Repairs about a leaking flat roof, which they quoted for. The quote seemed reasonable so we went ahead, and they fitted a new flat roof on top of the existing one. This initially solved the leaking issue. We then rested easy after having been let down by several roofers in the past, knowing that the work was guaranteed for 30 years. We had Just Roof Repairs Ltd undertake repointing of our ridge tiles in April 2022. At first the team appeared professional, responsive and the job undertaken looked good. Unfortuantely, within only 9 months the repointing had started to crack and fail. It became clear that no raking out had been undertaken as part of the repair.
