So far 5 star experience. I ordered a product that's a fairly new release and it seems I may be one of the first customers of it. Some items were missing and some we neglected to order because we didn't realize we needed them. Artek was helpful in helping me remediate the issue and I'm now waiting on the parts. Will update when installed and configured.

I feel compelled to leave this message to help more adventurers discover this great company. I spec-ed out a 10KWH 48v battery system that Artek had shipped to me. The packaging and level of support that I received from Artek was phenomenal. I was always talking to someone that knew the system really well and had no trouble receiving near real time help. Sam designed and team installed a full Victron system to fit under our bed with 3 x 200ah batteries and inverter plus 4 170w solar panels on the roof of our new travel trailer. It was a new space challenge for him but Sam loves a challenge. It took two weeks so the system could be thoroughly checked. We headed out on our maiden voyage and all went fine until we got into Idaho.
