I’m using an Artek-Garmin control system in my camper van and it is very intuitive and easy to use. I ran into a problem where the solar charging was not showing up on the display. Sam at Artek was able to troubleshoot it remotely and quickly fix the problem. They have high quality products and good customer service!
This review is specifically for Sam. My tiny house has their solar system installed and I knew nothing about the upkeep of the system. Sam has guided me every step of the way over the last two years as an unknowing homeowner. He is always prompt in his responses and very knowledgeable. He stands by his products, can diagnose and knows how to teach about upkeep. He is a gem.
Artek has excellent technical support and consistently ships all my orders on-time As a Mobile RV Technician, I'm always in need of parts quickly. I've grown to trust Sam and Claire as they respond quickly to emails and provide excellent service to a business like mine.
I ordered a WS500 Pro and DC DC charger. We had some issues on ordering and getting the correct components as they are relatively junior products. But Artek was ultimately very helpful and understanding and worked hard to fix my issues. Sam is a knowledgeable guy and I'm sure they'll handle your system very well.
So far 5 star experience. I ordered a product that's a fairly new release and it seems I may be one of the first customers of it. Some items were missing and some we neglected to order because we didn't realize we needed them. Artek was helpful in helping me remediate the issue and I'm now waiting on the parts. Will update when installed and configured.
