I had an issue with the small cooling fans in my van. Sam joined Noovo in the conversations, stayed on it till the issue was resolved which was my user error and answered all my questions!!! Incredible customer service!!!
I would characterize their sales and customer services experience as quite poor. Unless you are a large client, good luck. No room here for DIYers, single boat/rv owners, etc.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Artek, and I can't recommend them highly enough! A few weeks ago, I reached out to inquire about a Nations alternator kit. It's nice having a local supplier of Victron and other mobile energy components. I had an issues with one of my Victron parts, I did the drop in to see about warranty or buy a replacement. They were great, this is what you use to get for customer service. They took my defective part, did some quick research and did a direct swap replacement. Took 20 minutes and was a pleasant experience. If you want knowledgeable people with great service, this is the place to do business.
So grateful I found this place. In need of an electrical upgrade for my van and didn’t want to support Amazon. Artek had all the Victron components I needed in stock and even pointed me to West Marine for my conductor needs. S/o Claire for the great customer service!
