Very Disappointed with the outcome of a service provided. Brought an altered low Chevy truck blown Transmition cost started around$3000. Supposedly after carefully checking and inspecting the truck we needed additional parts to make it stronger base on the motor and we went $3000++ to over $5000. Assuring the upgrade it’s what’s the truck needed to support the new transmission and motor . There's too many good things about this shop to put into words. The transparency and communication, the honest work, going above and beyond to help me out and get my transmission replaced in a timely manner. Going out of their way to overcome hurdles with my unicorn of a car. I can't say thank you enough to Jimmy and all the techs involved. I will NOT be going anywhere else besides here for all transmission problems in the future. Truly one of the best honest shops around!
Hey, do you have transmission rebuilt later found out that it was not rebuilt. In fact, it was taken completely out and was replaced with a different transmission from a different vehicle. So now I have the incorrect transmission in my vehicle. They had to cut my wire harness in replace it with a different wire harness to even make this transmission function. Who knows how long is thing will last I just booted repeatedly and got nowhere so I will be taking this company to small claims court now for fraudulent Practices. I ha... read more
