Issues from the beginning with these two. Where to start. Charging us for things not discussed before hand. Doing repairs not discussed before hand. Making decisions not discussed with us. Failing to get permits or telling us to get permits only to be shut down by the home inspectors. At this time we have failed inspections multiple times with the work still not right But want to continue to bill us for their mistakes. I find Charley and his assistant to be the best handymen I have worked with in the last 40+ years I have been a homeowner. They are professional, honest and have a great sense of humor. Charley was recommended to me as a general handymen for repairs of all kinds and has yet to let me down. I love his motto : "do it right or not at all:"
