I've been doing business with this company for about 3.5 years now. they used to be great and reliable but lately it has gone down-hill. They have installed two pit levelers for us and the first time was great, but the second time they sent a different team and that was a disaster. They started the project days late and finished late. They mixed the concrete on the pavement in the lot and left a huge dried concrete stain which they said they would come back and powerwash but never did. We were quoted roughly $19,000 for removing and re-installing (4) existing O/H Doors and purchasing (1) new O/H door. The one new door was shipped and paid in full in amount of $5,000. When we scheduled the work we were told the inital Sales Rep no longer worked for the company and a new Sales Rep would come out to inspect the job. The new Sales Rep said the original Rep misquoted the job and we would have to purchase (5) new doors and the O/H door I already paid for could no longer be used. Truck with plate XHH-X22 driving like a freaking maniac through busy streets in brooklyn. Everyone else is standing still because of traffic, this guy is special and is the only one who needs to get where he's going! Blasted behind me missing my car by inches as I'm backing out of a driveway while everybody else is patiently waiting on these busy streets in canarsie. This guy thinks his truck is a Corvette.
