I'll make a very long story short. First, they ordered the wrong part. That delayed the repair about 3 days. Then, it stopped working again after 2 days, so they had to come out again. 3 months later, they tried to bill me for coming out that second time, after I had already been told I wouldn't pay for that visit. If I included all details, this would be ridiculously long.
