I had a very pleasant experience with this Car Care Center. I had to replace my engine splash guard for which I requested a quote from another center which is close to this one and I received insane quote as well as they requested to change other items in the car even though they were in excellent condition. I would recommend this location for any repair as there are very genuine with a price and I have a very good work ethics. Need to support and encourage place like these. Got an oil change back in February and they didn’t properly install my oil filter causing an oil leak I had to get my oil change from somewhere else to get the problem resolved when I called just right car care to notify them of the issue (not looking for anything just to inform them) they said they would give me a free oil change. Went back today for said “free oil change” and they did not honor it. Took my car in for an emissions inspection. They got right on it and finished quickly. We were able to wait in the air conditioned lounge. Reasonably priced as well.
Got recommended by a friend, gave them a try and now I’m forever their loyal customer. Super professional, take them 5’ to diagnose what wrong with my car. And their quote beats all the quotes I got from other places. They also helped me fixed the trunk of my car which originally “needed to be replaced with a whole new trunk” by another shop for $3000. They fixed it for $400 🤯 Thank you for your professionalism and wonderful service!
