Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this dietitian-nutritionist take into account your medical history? Yes, they took every single detail into account Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Did you feel that this dietitian-nutritionist was completely devoted to helping you achieve your goals? Absolutely. They were always there to encourage and support me Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. My food plan is fantastic and I know I'll be able to stick to it. They made me a food plan that completely met my needs and fit my lifestyle. I couldn't be happier. I noticed an almost immediate improvement in my health when I started visiting them. I couldn't believe how quickly I started to see a change. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
