Wonderful company. We just moved into our new home. We were intrigued that it came with a Top of the line System. The first day we were settled, we noticed a loud vibration coming from the wall. The Radon System is directly outside. It didn't sound right, was miserably loud and vibrated the wall.. After 2 weeks, I couldn't take it anymore. I found the company's number and called them. Very rude. Just called them to ask to give me a quote, as I have no clue about the cost. They refused to come and suggested to call other places for quotes and they will do cheaper. Weird business model.
After a long time of worry about Radon in my home I started the search for a company that does testing. Just like with everything there a multiple companies out there that you can pick for testing. I can't speak highly enough. The first quote i received, i was basically told I was a lost cause, sitting at mid 30s pci/l with multiple crawls spaces and a dug out basement. Im now at .6! These guys not only came out and took care of it no problem. They even discovered bees in my yard and proceeded to "take care of the problem" for me. Going above and beyond! Thank you guys so much for this piece of mind!
