Great machines and filters. Services is great too. Elkin came to our home when my daughter was born and we needed that instant hot drinking water. He saved us.
I see there's alot of 4 and 5 starts, everything is good at the beginning, until you no longer want the service or if you change location it is almost impossible to get out of their contract, you can call, dispute, they become very unprofessional not answering or returning calls, managers do nothing its ridiculous and time consuming. This Company is a fraud after my contract ended they continue to take money out of my account I had to make a stop payment from my Bank the Next step is to get a Lawyer.
I have been requesting to get the service canceled for 3+ months. I dont want the service anymore. Please provide the good service and cancel my service. Multiple emails and phone calls and they still take $40+ every month. I just checked my phone and requested the cancelation since January. You should be refunding me Jan to May $40+ each month you should be refunding me All that money.
