Je suis contente de ma machine à eau. Elle est très utile. Toutefois j'ai demandé de reprendre la machine. Ça fait 8a9 ans que je paie $34.44/ mois. Je trouve exorbitant le total des montants que j'ai eu à payer. Mais comme je désire de la bonne eau pure, je n'ai pas le.choix de la garder. Merci pour les bons services rendus.
I have been trying to return this device back for 8months even when trying by phone or email there is never a response back. Lease break costing 900$+ is not a fair business even after explaining the situation. If any support team is available please help me out to sort the issue out. 55$/ month and not getting any right support is unfortunate.
