Good Place to get a Pup The staff here was very knowledgable and personable. This is a good place to go if you're looking for a specific breed. Because many of the dogs are pure breed, they are more expensive.

I went into just puppies a few months back and the first thing I noticed was the awful smell, but that's not even the bad part. The bad part is the terrible customer service. I asked the guy who works their for help twice and he just simply ignored me and gave me dirty looks. I will never spend a penny on that 2nd rate he'll hole

It's well run and they drop prices often enough to not prolong the stay of the puppies any longer than necessary. This also makes for a win-win situation for owner and puppy because it becomes more affordable to those potential buyer's who would otherwise have to walk away. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely patient. Love that they take a firm stand on each and every person cleaning his/her hands EACH time he.she handles EACH dog. Steer Clear of this place! If it were possible to give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. Just like the other reviewer my puppy had kennel cough as well as ear mites. His kennel cough was not your average kennel cough. He stopped eating and drinking two days after we had him. When I called Just puppies they said it was stressed related and was concerned "normal." However the vet, one of thiers by the way, said the severity of his kennel cough was not normal and matter of fact is was a VERY bad case. Just puppies claims they ... read more

Sells pups with congenital problems Bought our little Josie last year and she had a congenital Liver shunt. Paid 4500 dollars to fix her as it was a death sentence. USDA Breeders are also known as Puppy Mill Breeders! Just Puppies claim that they do not get their puppies from puppy mills but they do - USDA Breeders are puppy mills and the largest number of them are in Missouri which is where Just Puppies claims to get their puppies. I would not purchase a puppy from ANY pet store that claims they get them from a USDA Breeder. Good place to go even just to play with the pups I have been to Just Puppies a few times, but never with the intention of buying a dog; I go just to play with them. This place is actually a very nice facility, as far as pet stores go. The main room where the dogs are is a big, bright room with little cubicle-like areas in the middle meant for alone time with the dog of your choosing. There are all sorts of breeds of dogs in what appear to be clean, somewhat spacious cages, and never more than two dogs in a cage. The staff is... read more

So Friendly I recently got my puppy from here. The people at the store were very nice and helpful as I selected my puppy. They make it easy. There were about 100 puppies of all breeds to choose from. You can go to any cage you want and hold the puppies to see if you bond with them.
