I haven’t seen the customer service like this they are so rude they ask to give some deposit to book the car but later on we don’t want the car and ask for the refund because we were not happy with the finance but they keep pressuring us to get the car and didn’t gave our money back and start saying that do whatever you want we will not refund your money . They are fraud don’t buy car from them🙏🏻
We recently purchased a vehicle from them, and the experience was excellent. Elson guided us through the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. They also went the extra mile by helping us get a tow bar fitted on the vehicle. Overall, we’re very happy with both the purchase and the high level of service provided.
