Great service all the time. Wayne always gives me very honest advise. This will be my local pool shop now.
I have just had my leaf canister replaced for my infloor cleaning system, and arranged it all through Michelle at JP. The service and time taken to order the part from the US and installation were fantastic. Excellent follow-up communication through to installation was exceptional. Pricing of the job was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes I had, and now everything works so well!!!!
Brilliant service. Very good value. Pleasure to deal with.
I ordered an item which never arrived. Contacted them multiple times with no response.
Purchased a Davey Pool pump from Just Pools which failed within 12 months, was forced to purchase a new pump, while the failed pump was inspected, pump returned having had a mechanical seal and impeller failure, have tried for a refund from Davey who are washing there hands of the issue and saying that Just Pools should be providing reimbursement on the second pump as they dis not follow warranty procedures. very disappointing to deal with. Trying to support local business's. Would be better off buying from eBay or Amazon
