I ordered an item which never arrived. Contacted them multiple times with no response.
Purchased a Davey Pool pump from Just Pools which failed within 12 months, was forced to purchase a new pump, while the failed pump was inspected, pump returned having had a mechanical seal and impeller failure, have tried for a refund from Davey who are washing there hands of the issue and saying that Just Pools should be providing reimbursement on the second pump as they dis not follow warranty procedures. very disappointing to deal with. Trying to support local business's. Would be better off buying from eBay or Amazon
After a lightning strike cooked my pool lights, these were one of the only places I could buy a replacement control box from in all of Australia, and at a significantly fairer price. Helpful staff confirmed availability with a phone call, so I ordered it on Monday, had it delivered by Wednesday and the lights are on again!
