Johnny and the guys were great to work with. They installed a new pump and heater in our pool and took the time to explain how to operate everything. They were efficient and professional. They even took the time to come back out to look at our system when we could not properly operate the heater. Great business and would highly recommend!
My experience with Just Pools and Spas was excellent from start to finish. Johnny had great ideas for my pool refurbishment but did not try to upsell. The job began less than 2 weeks after first contact and was completed efficiently, professionally, and neatly in less than a week. It looks amazing!
On the plus side, the pool plastering was done quickly and the price was good. On the down side, I didn’t appreciate workmen turning up at 6:30 am, making lots of noise, banging on my front door and turning off our hot water. More than that, I had workers almost every day, demanding more money from whoever they could find. It was a lot like dealing with the mob. I was finally having a party for my daughter after 2 years due to COVID and My pool pump went out. I called several places and everyone was either not available or have me the run around. Some of their quotes were high. I then called just Pools and Spas and spoke with Johnny, after sending him pictures and letting him know what was wrong. He immediately knew what was wrong.
