the company just replastered my pool with a wonderful product called pebble tech. It looks beautiful. Another co. owner wanted $14,000 cash before he even started. Then the first co. owner refused to put in expensive pebble tech which lasts 2x longer than plain white pool plaster. He said why do you want to put in that expensive stuff in a rental. My relatives are living there.
