Just Pondering maintains a fountain at a commercial property that I manage. Bryan has been amazing to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable, thorough and reliable. Whenever I have had issues, he is able to get someone out to fix it fairly quickly or he takes the time to help troubleshoot the issue over the phone. I have been working with Bryan for a few years and would highly recommend Just Pondering for water feature maintenance and installation.

I love Just Pondering! Been with them for several years Don’t have to worry about my koi or maintenance on the pond.
Ineffective pond management and poor customer service. We used this company for two years of monthly maintenance. The technician, Matt, is friendly. The owner, Bryan, lives out of state and sends the invoices. Bryan and Matt don't seem to communicate. We were quoted $550 to clean out our pond, the bill arrived, and it was ~$900. At the time of service, I was told that if I wanted to use a card, I could pay online.
