Ineffective pond management and poor customer service. We used this company for two years of monthly maintenance. The technician, Matt, is friendly. The owner, Bryan, lives out of state and sends the invoices. Bryan and Matt don't seem to communicate. We were quoted $550 to clean out our pond, the bill arrived, and it was ~$900. At the time of service, I was told that if I wanted to use a card, I could pay online. I had really great service from Matt. He was on time, super knowledgeable and efficient. He listened to what I asked for and responded to that. Highly recommend him. My water feature looks great now.
Have used Just Pondering for several years to clean out our small pond. They did a great job! This year they are not responding to multiple emails and voicemails, so not sure if they are still in business. Maybe they have so much business they don't need small jobs?
The Just Pondering crew helped me out when I discovered our pond was leaking just as we were heading out of town on the hottest July day. They helped me figure out how to keep the pond functioning and fish healthy until they got there and then solved the problem….for the time being. It’s happening again and I haven’t been able to get anyone to call me back. I’m a little worried that they’ve gone out of business. Hope everything is okay!
