This is the second time I have ordered food and received only half of my order. There was hot rice with raw fish, and there was no sauce. It is impossible to reach the restaurant by phone. Can I get my money refunded, or can you deliver the items that were originally ordered? Where is Eel sauce ????????

If you’re looking for half a scoop and bad service, this is the place. The poke itself was actually really good, but the service ruined the experience. I came in with my family wanting a nice lunch. I’ve been to other Ono Poke locations and they always give solid portions. I came hungry and left hungry. I also have an allergy, so I made sure to mention it clearly.
