A couple of weeks ago I came in and got a bowl of poke and half way through eating it I found a hair in my food. No biggie just asked for a new one and I got it.. and then I found a CLUMP of hair in my second bowl of food. I got my meal refunded and that was great. But I came back today and the guy serving my food just coughed into his hand… before serving me food..he has big curly hair which I am jealous of, however he should be wearing a hair net. Please update your sanitary requirements for your employees.
Excellent customer service, and delicious poke food!
I thought my whole lunch break was going to be used completely up when they only had a one couple seated and was the only one in line! Seemingly stingy on the furikake too...but the spicy chicken surprisingly was fresh tasting.
Jerry was very helpful and knowledgeable about the food. I really enjoyed my meal.
Nice clean bathroom and great service. I'll come again and again
