Food was really delicious and there was barely any wait time when I went around 1 pm. I think the portions of the mix ins are slightly a bit off but otherwise the food is great. I think the bowl maybe would’ve tasted better if it came mixed but that is maybe just my preference.
Ordered online through their website and picked up the order at the location. When I got home, I found a business card stating "sorry, we're all out of ______." On the back of the card it says they are facing supply chain issues "like many other businesses" and that the item would be refunded. (It hasn't been refunded). I understand the supply chain piece when true, but I also work in the restaurant industry here and there isn't a shortage of anything listed for the missing item. Either way, not a big deal.
