Walked in before 7:30pm. The employee made me wait a few minutes before she came to assist me. As soon as the clock hit 7:30, the employee turned off the screens and said it’s only build your own bowls starting from 7:30pm and they cannot make anything else on the menu such as their seared fish bowls. I told her I wanted a seared bowl, she said they already turned off the machines they use for searing…Umm isn’t it just a torch? My first time trying this place! It was better than I expected! Very tasty Garlic Shrimp Bowl. Super recommend it for a fast meal. The place is popular, a lot of people coming and going while I was there!
No one is on the same page about what to charge for changes to the bowls. The workers do not listen very well to what you want then end up remaking it. You’re serving low grade fish not gold. Not sure if it’s everyone’s first job or lack of common sense here. This place is also not nearly as clean as the Issaquah location. I tried 4 times to give this place and the different people a chance…I’ll stick to “fool me once…”
