This might be the worst poke I’ve had. Ever. The rice was dry and gross, crab salad was tasteless & both salmon and tuna were bland (and room temp).

Could not recommend this place less, especially if you plan to order online for pickup or delivery. I placed my order and walked over once it said it was ready. It wasn’t actually ready and the staff behind the counter told me they prioritize the in store customers so they didn’t know when mine would be done. There were about 10 people in line at that point. I waited 30 more minutes and I finally see my bowl being made but then the staff set the bowl at the cash register where another patron picked it up and started to walk ... read more

This was the worst poke I've ever had. The quality control needs serious improvement. I ordered a build-your-own poke with sushi rice, but the rice was undercooked and much too hard -the center was still uncooked. It seems the staff may not be trained properly on how to cook the rice. The toppings were also disappointing. Ingredients like the corn and mango tasted dry and old, which really affected the overall quality. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
