My girlfriend and I have visited this place twice. Both times we were satisfied with the food and drinks, but the staff service is incredibly rude. The second time the staff skipped toppings. We will not be going a third time because the service is that bad and we would rather go farther for poke and boba.
I've always had good experiences here! I always get it to-go and the staff are always pleasant enough. It's not the best poké in the world, or even the best in Seattle, but it's consistently solid. The door was open, so there were flies inside that the staff had to keep waving off the (open) food. And then I had some "stomach issues" a few hours after eating, so I don't think I'll be back.
The salmon was clearly old—grey in color, mushy in texture, and had an overpoweringly bad fishy taste. Really disappointing and felt questionable to eat.
