Great service. Was very transparent and upfront about everything. Did not try to upsell or recommend services that weren’t needed to make more money. A lot of these larger plumbing companies in the area do this very aggressively, specifically the ones with the fancy pictures. Definitely wasn’t an issue with Matt. I love, love, love my new sink! Matt had to adjust the pipes under the sink and also installed a new filter system. He noticed the water was draining a little slow and fixed that too. I am very pleased with his work and I would highly recommend Just Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
Showed up on time and explained everything that needed to be done. Executed job quickly with no mess. Would 100% recommend.
When I first contacted Matt he said he would be there in 15 minutes. He was totally professional and identified the problem with my toilet immediately. After telling me I needed a new toilet, he installed it promptly the next morning. Great service and a nice polite man! Highly recommend him, and affordable too! Penny
Matt has taken customer service to a higher level. He's professional, personable and non judgmental. He has unclogged our commode twice so far(once for flashlight and then a plastic toilet roll holder). I highly recommend using Just Plumbing.
