I’ve been seeing Daniel for two weeks now and it’s been pretty great. He’s super knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and really know how to keep you motivated without being pushy. AND he’s attentive. The workouts feel tailored to what I need and he really challenges me physically. Even though it’s only been two weeks I have noticed incremental changes in my body… not as quickly as when I was in my 20s but the changes are there.
