The employeess are friendly and warm. The location and service cost is too high for a kiosk piercer. I decided not to get my piercing done there. The experience - having it done in an open mall - did not match the over priced piercing and jewelry fee. Shop around. Compare service value before making a decision.
I’ve been waiting to get my second ear piercing and Kevin made my experience amazing. He was extremely nice, patient and reassuring and my piercing looks amazing, I LOVE ITT!!!
Recently visited on Saturday and Mikayla did an amazing job. This isnt our local mall, but we were in the area and decided to give it a shot. My daughter got her ears pierced and I got my nose pierced. She was very professional even though we were there prior to opening, she was still very nice in answering our questions before we decided to get what we needed done.
