I got my 5 month old daughters ears pierced at deptford mall location on 2/15/20. the two girls marked the ears evenly and we all agreed it looked great! two girls pierced the ears at the same time and the left ear was pierced way off the mark we agreed upon therefore making the piercing completely uneven. we brought this to the workers attention and her only response was that we can let it close and come back and pay for them to be pierced again... my daughter was completely still because I was holding her chest and forehea... read more

I purchased a necklace for my son in September. The gentleman who helped us was very nice and helped my son pick out exactly what he wanted. He told us if we had any problems with it or if it broke to bring it back. I paid $170 for the necklace and cross, not a ton of money but enough for a 13 year old. Unfortunately, the clasp broke on the necklace. So, the the gentleman told us I took it back today. Well, they told me it wasn't purchased at their store!!!!! Total BS.
