Wonderful place to work!
This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They are liars and they will take advantage of you. STAY AWAY! To this day they still owe me money. I will never see that money, I have given up on that. Don’t get trapped into this job. It’s not a good place to work.
I live in Virginia Beach and spent a year trying to find a Day Support for my Son. After seeing them all in VA Beach I started on Chesapeake. I didn't let Just People know I was coming and just showed up (something I like to do to see what it is really like, not the staged version when they know your coming) and was very impressed. They had enough staff and the people all seemed to be happy and engaged. Human Resource personnel are liars, they have no true knowledge of what this kind of work entails. Some of the managers lie to cover themselves about home regular inspections and client health
