I got a facial and absolutely loved my experience! Malley was AMAZING from the moment I walked in. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed right away. Even though it was my first time meeting her, it honestly felt like I had known her for years. She was so sweet, professional, and knowledgeable, and the entire experience was relaxing from start to finish. My skin feels incredible and I already can’t wait to come back. 10/10 recommend booking with Malley!
I scheduled an appointment, but it was cancelled because the services were no longer offered. I received a text within 10 minutes of booking informing me that the service I wanted wasn't offered anymore, and asking how I wanted to proceed. That shows me that they take their business seriously and want to make things right. I was ready to give up finding the services I was looking for, but Malley looked it up for me and found a place I hadn't tried.
