I thought long and hard about this review and I'm now ready to put it into being. Dr. Just isn't a good doctor. The braces stayed on and my teeth didn't end up aligning right. I felt that he wasn't very professional and seemed mean spirited. His treatment has caused me a lot of worry. I would go to someone else. I might have damage in my jaw that causes a lot of pain. And it's a big problem that is hard to manage and is almost overwhelming. Nobody should have to deal with this. Buyer beware.

Poor customer service. I called to speak to someone about a consultation. They were supposed to return my call and never did. A week later I filled out a online consultation form and attached all of the requested pictures and information. I was supposed to receive a response within 24 hours and AGAIN I never received a response. Also I later found out that although they advertise as having a Green Bay location that office is no longer accepting patients and will be closing. As always, Dr. Just and staff are extremely professional and pleasant to be around. They always have smiles on their faces. They explain what they are doing at each visit and ensure you are getting the best Ortho care!
