I’ve never seen a car shop or oil change place this spotless — everything is exceptionally clean, and they even offer complimentary water and coffee. Beware of this place! They may seem nice and helpful at first, but they are very deceiving. I went in for a simple oil change, and the same day my battery light came on — something that had never happened before. I took my car to a trusted mechanic, and he discovered my alternator had broken. He explained there were no previous signs of an issue, but because of where my alternator is located, oil had been spilled on it during the oil change, which caused the damage. This shop ended up creating a costly problem for me.
Great service. They made sure I was aware of any immediate issues or safety concerns with my car and we're very polite. I'll definitely be coming back for my next brake maintenance thanks to Jesús!
