My daughter and her friend booked appointments for 4:45. Her friend got in a half hour later and after over an hour of waiting I called in and told them how unacceptable this was. She got seated as soon as I hung up. I told them they had better give her a discount for making her wait for so long. She asked for a simple design. French tip with small polka dots. Didn’t happen. I wouldn’t recommend going there. My daughter was given $5 off for well over an hour wait and not getting what she wanted. Not happy
Appointment was at 4:45. I ended up getting in around 5:50. I asked for French tip with polka dot. I got a pinky brown with no polka dots since when he put them on they looked really bad. My nails are uneven and different length. My French tip are more French lines. My mom ended up calling in and saying I needed to get my nails done since I had waited for a hour. Love everyone at Just Nails!!! They have been my go-to nail place 16 years now, and they always do an amazing job!!!!!! Best place around, hands down. And their chairs (including massage chairs!), tables and equipment are very modern!
