JMF is a great small class studio that makes everyone feel welcome no matter your level of fitness or experience.
I’ve been working out with Megs for over twenty years. She has supported my fitness through pregnancies,,post partum surgery recoveries and all the stages of my life. As I enter into my active young senior years she , and JMF, remain a primary tool in my toolbox of ageing strong, flexible and with vitality! Highly recommend her studio and her services for your wellness.
