Amazing ladies-only gym! Jude is so supportive, knowledgeable, and creates a welcoming, no-judgment space. I’m gutted I moved away — nothing else compares. Plus Jude’s massages are the best !! Highly recommend!
Jude knows just the right spots that need muscle releases. I am very comfortable with the hot rocks. I know how important the hot and cold rocks are for our body. Jude is very professional and I will be looking forward to my next massage.
