Very kind and compassionate movers who are reasonable. If there’s a problem, they will provide a timely response and will correct it efficiently and swiftly. They got the job done and I would use them again.
Everyone's experience will be different, but my experience was great! I am a law student, so moving in the middle of the semester was unplanned and caused me a lot of anxiety. When they showed up, not a lot was packed or broken down on my end because I was so busy and stressed, but they helped and did everything with ease, and everything I needed to move was done within 3 hours. Brian and his colleague were prompt, courteous and made quick work of moving a washer and dryer set from one home to another. Great communication from start to finish with transparent pricing and he also explained why they could not perform disconnect and reconnect; just the heavy lifting and transport. Totally worth it given that my back was already sore from moving other items! I highly recommend Brian and the team and will call on them again should I be in need of their services.
The owner Brian will gaslight you and not take ownership for his actions. He will tell you one thing and that will not happen. What I was advised would happen did in fact not happen and the amount of time I heard “ma'am I would never say or quote that.... “, When I have some of the items in writing!!! The movers were over an hour late, did not protect our items, there are missing guitars and drill, left the house a mess, left furniture blankets, lost bed hardware so I had to buy a new bed, left the garage a disaster, plasti... read more
