Totally 100% impressed with the whole experience with this establishment. I went there as a young lady to find a nice, reliable and economic vehicle. They went beyond my expectations. They treated me with respect and no prejudice. Excellent customer service, after sales team, finance managers and collection staff. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family!!
The selection of cars is fantastic,all where well presented The sales person was very helpfull without being intrusive and after we selected our guy Adam got us sorted and on our way within an hour,i would recommend giving them a try.
Adam was very helpful and had great customer service, he provided us with alot of detail regarding our car purchase and he answered all our questions and concerns.
I've seen how many bad reviews there are on here about this company. In truth I don't understand it. The prices are as low as you can get, the staff are helpful and friendly (any queries I had about the car were resolved quickly and without question) and I'm delighted with my car. Yes it's a second hand car dealership so cars are obviously NOT NEW but prices are amazing and condition of cars is exceptional and maybe there are some who have had bad experiences but I would suggest that it's a minority who tend to leave reviews... read more
