I went in for a cold in February and as of today, June 3rd am STILL trying to get a bill from Quest Diagnostics resolved. The “Dr” sent in one nasal swab and requested overlapping labs on the same swab using multiple codes, thinking my insurance would just pay him out for them. They denied claim because of his coding leaving me with an over $1000 bill from this experimental nasal swab for the common cold. Pros: Nice Doctor. Thats it! Cons: Receptionist has a very nasty attitude. Doctor is very hard to get a hold of. He not responsive when it comes to refilling medication. Pharmacy can never get ahold of Doctor, and neither can I. I call usually around 10am or 11am and to reach Doctor and he's never there or I'm told to call back the next day...... So is the receptionist just working with no available Doctor. No call back is offered. Never was given a follow up appointment. As a type 2 diabetic I do not recommend this place. I... read more
